Karachi, June 05, 2023: The Turkish consulate is an official representation of the Turkish government in Pakistan. The Turkish Consulate welcomed communication skills students of Greenwich University, who enjoyed a wonderful conversation with His Excellency Mr. Cemal Sangu, the Consul General of Turkiye. Students learned about the culture, traditions, and cultural heritage with an interactive session with His Excellency together with a wonderful and fruitful academic talk on Turkish culture and traditions. The trip was organized to typically facilitate communication and coordination between institutions and exchange thoughts on education and culture. Mr. Cemal Sangu explained to students about Turkish fascinating culture, heritage, lifestyle, festivals, and celebrations. The students of Greenwich University presented His Excellency Turkish Sweet named Baklawa and both sides exchanged little tokens of gratitude with each other. This interview was part of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’s program ‘Cultural Mosaic: Documenting Global Diversity.
